3. Payment Terms
Project Payments: Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically structured as milestone-based payments.
Consulting Services: Billed hourly or on a retainer basis as agreed upon.
Maintenance Services: Recurring monthly payments due in advance.
Late Payments: Late fees may apply to overdue invoices as specified in project agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
Client Work: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and designs created specifically for their project.
Pre-existing Assets: Devora retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and methodologies.
Portfolio Rights: Devora reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Devora's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those specified in individual project agreements.
